Dedicatory pink granite tablet with inscription in lead lettering, which stand in a flower bed within a sunken garden area. (The pool referred to in the inscription has since been converted into a flower bed).

At some point since 1950, the pool has been filled in and converted to a flower bed. The garden was restored 2002.
