GRANITE CENOTAPH STANDS ON A PAVED BASE. A LOW WALL SURROUNDS IT WITH ENTRANCE WAYS ON TWO SIDES WITH THREE STEPS. AROUD THE WHOLE ARE 19 STONE POSTS WHICH USED TO HAVE A CHAIN BETWEEN THEM. BRONZE WW1 NAME PLAQUES AND SILVER ALLOY WW2 NAME PLAQUES ON THE SIDES OF THE CENOTAPH BRONZE WREATH AND GARLAND AT THE TOP OF THE CENOTAPH
