- Description
- Free-standing triangular-headed wooden triptych street shrine with names handwritten onto paper inserts placed in each section of the triptych. Crucifix placed at the centre of the head of the memorial with two union flags placed behind it. A wooden shelf for flowers has been placed below it.

- Left side: Greater love hath no man than/ this that a man lay down his life/ for his friends./ R. I. P./ (Names) Centre: Holy Father in Thy Mercy/ Hear our anxious prayer/ Keep opur love dones now far absent/ Neath Thy Care/ (Names)/ "Bretheren, prayer for us"/ These men have gone forth from the Church and Parish of S. John the Baptist to/ serve thier King and Country. Right side: (Names)
