- Description
- Three-stepped base surmounted by plinth and obelisk. Relief portrait carved on the south side of the plinth of the obelisk. Military regalia directly above the portrait. Cornice separating pedestal from Obelisk decorated with Acanthus leaves. The obelisk carries no dedication. The other three faces of the plinth have recessed panels - the north one carved with the surname Burnaby; the east one carved with Shiva 1875; and the west one with Abu Klea 1885.
