BRONZE CROSS SURMOUNTS OCTANGONAL STONE COLUMN. COLUMN IS OF GREEN SANDSTONE. COLUMN STANDS ON OCTAGONAL PLINTH WHICH BEARS NAMES AND INSCRIPTION. WHOLE STANDS ON ROUND STEPPED BASE OF FLINT.
