ORIGINAL PLAQUES REPLACED. THE ORIGINALS ARE KEPT IN CRAWLEY MUSEUM. THE ORIGINAL SEVEN ACRES OF THE LAND HAS BEEN ALTERED AND REDUCED DUE TO COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER IN 1953 FOR ROAD WORKS AND A CHANGE IN ADMINISTRATION IN 1973.
