LARGE AND ORNATE OAK BOARD WITH SCROLLING TOP AND CARVED INSCRIPTION IN RELIEF WITH A BLUE BORDER AROUND IT BOARD IS FLANKED BY A CARVED AND PAINTED FLAGS OF THE UNION JACK AND AN UNKNOWN FLAG. INITIALS 'LDS' ARE WITHIN A WREATH WHICH IS IN RELIEF AND PAINTED GOLD.
