Description
Brass plaque within a dark oak frame, with floral carvings around the plaque which extend outwards and upwards, where a crown stands proud of the corniced top, above a cast badge for the King's Regiment, whose motto, Nec Aspera Terrent (Nothing shall afright them) is carved above. Brass bands decorate beneath the cornice and form a pedestal at the bottom. The inscription is incised.
