- Description
- Nowy headed oak board with painted decoration. Names in four columns. Ornate painted foliate and ribbon border with a rose at each corner. In the centre of the top part of the border is the royal coat of arms. In the centre of the left vertical side of the border is the crest of the see of Liverpool and on the opposite side is the crest of the City of London.
