FIVE BRONZE PLAQUES MOUNTED ONTO A NOWY-HEADED POLISHED STONE BASE. THREE SMALL PLAQUES WITH INSCRIPTION IN RELIEF ARE AT THE TOP AND TWO LARGE PLAQUES WITH THE NAMES IN RELIEF ARE BELOW THEM CROSS SET UPON A SHIELD IS AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE TABLET SURROUNDED BY A FOLIATE DESIGN
