Description
Four steps lead up to curved brick wall. Set against the centre of the wall is a brick plinth with sloped top having a plan of the airfield. A dedicatory plaque placed on the front of the plinth. There are plaques on the wall to the left and right of the plinth. The face of the top step has plaques in the centre and at both ends. The face of the two steps below this has plaques at each end.
