Description
Two-stepped square base surmounted by a square sectioned plinth and heavy square sectioned column with semi-circular pediment at the top. Metal WW2 inscription plaque with raised lettering on front of plinth. Stone inset panel at front of column with incised inscription in gold coloured lettering. Dark coloured, WW1 incised inscription tablet on rear face of column. Figure of an angel holding a gold laurel wreath in her left hand is carved in relief on front face of column. Coloured coat of arms on the top of the pillar. On each side face of the column is a single laurel wreath, in relief, encircling the year 1914 on one side & 1918 on the other side respectively.
