Description
Stone ground level platform with a single-stepped square base surmounted by a square sectioned tapering plinth, collar, rectangular sectioned tapering shaft with a Celtic knotwork design in relief on wheel cross. Incised inscription tablet on front face of plinth, lettering infilled with black paint. Further incised inscriptions on front face of shaft & collar, without infill.
