Description
A winged figure of Victory standing with one foot on an orb and with both arms raised to the sky, clutching a wreath in the left hand. Around the orb is a serpent. The figure surmounts a plain tapered pedestal over a flight of steps. The upper front face of the pedestal bears a bronze wreath.
