RECTANGULAR BRASS PLAQUE WITH INCISED BORDER AND INSCRIPTION AND REGIMENTAL BADGE AT THE TOP CENTRE. BORDER IS DECORATED ON THE RIGHT AND LEFT SIDES WITH ENTWINED BRANCHES AND LEAVES. AT THE TOP CENTRE WITHIN A GARLAND IS THE BADGE OF THE NORTH STAFFORDSHIRE REGIMENT. ROSES ARE IN THE TWO TOP CORNERS OF THE BORDER
