Description
A sandstone monument comprising a wheel cross on a capstone, pedestal and two step base on a concrete plinth, the whole enclosed within a stone ashlar wall with wrought iron railings and gate to the road. The cross has a raised boss at its centre and a wreath in relief at the foot of the tapered shaft. The front face of the pedestal bears a nowy headed polished granite tablet with the incised inscription in upright capital block lettering. The date on the lower step is in relief upright capital block lettering.
