- STONE CROSS MOUNTED ON STONE PLINTH. PLINTH BEARS INSCRIPTION ON ALL FOUR SIDES IN BLACK LETTERING. PLINTH MOUNTED ON STEPPED BASE WHICH BEARS WW2 NAMES. WHOLE IS SURROUNDED BY CHAIN FENCE. ANCHOR CHAINED TO CROSS IN STONE RELIEF. LAUREL WREATH IN RELIEF DRAPED AROUND CROSS.
