FOLIATED CROSS WITH WHEEL, SURMOUNTING DECORATIVE GLOBE. GLOBE SET ON ELABORATE CARVED PILLAR. PILLAR SURMOUNTS OCTAGONAL PLINTH WHICH BEARS INSCRIPTION. WHOLE SET ON OCTAGONAL THREE-TIERED BASE.
