LARGE IRREGULAR STONE ON TWO STEPPED BASE WITH WORKED SMOOTH SURFACES BEARING SEPARATE INSCRIPTIONS SMALL BRONZE RELIEF OF QUEEN VICTORIA. ADDITIONAL MARBLE PANEL (NOT TRANSCRIBED) APPARENTLY HAS "OTHER MONARCHS" (PRESUMABLY GEORGE V, EDWARD VII, GEORGE VI)
