Stone wall with bronze dedication plaque. Alongside the site of the communal grave of 51 victims. Two oak seats were provided by the Corporation.

THIS MEMORIAL/ IS ERECTED TO HONOUR THE 324/ NON-COMBATANT RESIDENTS OF/ WALLASEY OF WHOM 51 REST HERE/ WHO LOST THEIR LIVES BY AIR ATTACK/ FROM THE ENEMY DURING THE/ SECOND GREAT WAR 1939-1945.
