- A tall rectangular cast bronze plaque with plain frieze and cornice at the head and plain frieze at the foot. A laurel wreath in relief at the head, inscriptions in the wreath and at the foot incised in upright capital roman lettering. Names in raised upright capital roman lettering. Sculptor's mark at bottom right.
