Description
Two-stepped base surmounted by plinth and female figure representing glory. Inscription in relief on bronze plaques attached to the sides of the plinth Female figure holds a small figure of victory in her right hand, laurel wreath in left hand. Draped standard, rifle, sword, helmet and laurel wreath at the base of the figure. Memorial flanked by two small cannon.
