- A hospital wing (now demolished and replaced by a modern care centre) with associated dedicatory bronze plaque (now in the care centre lobby) and stone tablet (now in the care centre garden). The stonework bearing the name of the wing, originally above the entrance, is also now in the care centre garden. Note: The bronze plaque refers to a book listing the men and women of Acton who lost their lives in the Great War. This book is kept at Ealing Central Library and is recorded on this database as record 73044.
