Description
Base surmounted by tapered plinth, shaft and wheel cross. In scription at 6 o'clock face of shaft and the plinth. Whole stands on raised ground enclosed by lengths of stone. Explosion at Blake's factory in Wood Lane, Shepherd's Bush.
