GRANITE CELTIC CROSS ON THREE STEPS AND A TAPERING PLINTH, WITH A SWORD OF SACRIFICE ON SHAFT OF CROSS AND INSCRIPTION ON FACE OF PLINTH. MEMORIAL IS SET ON RAISED PAVEMENT WITH SEVERAL STEPS LEADING UP TO IT.
