- Description
- In the Crypt, St. Faiths Chapel south aisle, a bronze relief portrait in alabaster surround. PRIOR IS IN MILITARY UNIFORM Bronze and sculpted alabaster wall panel with bronze roundel relief portrait of a man, set in an alabaster tablet. Portrait by Bertha Burleigh depicts a man with side-whiskers and steel-rimmed spectacles, head turned slightly to the left and wearing a cross-belt. The portrait has a bronze wreath frame and is set in a brown-green alabaster panel with the memorial inscription in the lower part.
