CLOCK TOWER WITH CLOCK ON ALL FOUR FACES. PLINTH PLACED AGAINST THE FRONT SIDE OF THE TOWER WITH MARBLE TABLET IN THE SHAPE OF AN OPEN BOOK PLACED ON TOP AND A PLAIN PLAQUE PLACED ON THE WALL OF THE TOWER ABOVE THE PLINTH. WREATH CARVED IN RELIEF AT EACH SIDE OF THE TOP OF THE TOWER ABOVE THE CORNICE. DOORWAY SET INTO WEST FACE
