- Nowy-headed white marble tablet mounted on a triangular-headed veined brown marble backboard. Inscription in black lettering. Badge of the Gloucestershire Regiment is carved in relief at the top centre of the tablet.

- TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF/ HAROLD CHARLES ORGAN F.R.C.O./ 2ND LIEUTENANT, 4TH GLOUCESTERS,/ WHO VOLUNTEERD IN THE GREAT WAR 1915/ AND FELL IN ACTION NEAR YPRES/ OCTOBER 9TH 1917 AGED 28 YEARS./ I THANK MY GOD UPON EVERY REMEMBRANCE OF YOU./ ERECTED BY HIS WIDOW IN COMMEMORATION OF/ HIS CONNECTION WITH THIS CHURCH AS ORGANIST. (Note: F.R.C.O. stands for 'Fellow of the Royal College of Organists'.)
