- Description
- Oak trees. 18 mature oak trees, one for each of the former pupils killed. In the south-east corner of the field there is a plaque bearing the dedication, on which the border and lettering are raised to stand proud using sans serif capitals throughout. Each tree had an individual brass plaque fixed to the fence beside the sapling when planted. They now have a small modern plaque of bronze plastic material, carrying the details.
