Description
Concrete foundation base surmounted by a three-stepped, rectangular sectioned base and rectangular sectioned tapering shaft with integral wheel cross. Raised sword on front face of shaft and cross. Base steps incorporate sloping top faces. Pinned-lead inscription lettering on step faces finished in black.
