Step-into the dark world of online hacking and cyber-terrorism.
We are all numbers on a network - through our phones, tablets, and laptops. Any internet connection is tracked and recorded but, despite the tools existing beneath our fingertips, how many of us truly understand cyber threats and hacking?
Incorporating real-world scenario exercises, documentary material and expert commentary, this immersive experience explores the risks posed by cyber-terrorism in an increasingly networked society.
As the internet continues to expand, and computer systems continue to become more complex and interdependent, does the threat of sabotage or terrorism via the internet increase? From smartphones to TVs, cars and home appliances, the so called ‘Internet of Things’ is merging our virtual and physical worlds. This unique interactive event explores what risks networked technologies pose to human life and even national security.
Doors open 6.45pm. Event begins 7.00pm. The performance will last approximately 90 minutes, after which there will be a paid bar for discussion and networking.
