Discover how children kept themselves entertained during the Second World War when many toys went out of production and factories turned to making toys from paper or card due to shortages.
Learn about the home-made toys children created during wartime by making your own small paper toy to take home.
Your family will also have a chance to play some original wartime games, including ha’penny shove board, ‘giant’ airplane SNAP! and dominoes.
Suitable for children 5+ years. For families attending with additional younger children, step-free accessibility information can be found here.
