AirSpace will be closed on the following dates for essential works as part of Transforming IWM Duxford. Unfortunately, this will mean the Changing Places toilet will be inaccessible to visitors on these dates. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Between 24 February and 6 June the visitor route in AirSpace will be restricted. Concorde and the Airborne Assault Museum will remain accessible throughout this period, except on the closure dates outlined above.

    Handley Page Victor XH648

    The giant Handley Page Victor in the Conservation Hall, AirSpace, is the result of one of the longest and largest conservation projects ever undertaken at IWM Duxford.

     

    Victor XH648 is the only remaining aircraft of its type in the world.

    Concorde 101

    Climb aboard Concorde 101 of the British Airliner Collection, built to fly over twice the speed of sound. Prepare to meet a record holder.

     

    Concorde 101 is open daily from 10:30am till 3pm, hosted by a member of the Duxford Aviation Society.

     

  • Airborne Forces jeep display in AirSpace

    Airborne Assault Museum

    Airborne Assault is the Regimental Museum of the Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces and tells the stories of the soldiers who go to war from the air.

     

    The museum can be found next to the Avro Lancaster in AirSpace, entrance is free with general admission.
