We were over the moon with how well the event went! We had such wonderful feedback from our customers and the whole day ran so smoothly. We’d like to thank you, Jazz and the rest of the team so much for doing such a fabulous job! The only issue we had was with the mics / sound in the Ship’s Company Dining Hall, but that isn’t unusual – our customers know that technical issues can happen on a historic warship so it didn’t take anything away from the day. We also had a lot of positive feedback regarding the food, so thank you to all the kitchen staff for that. We really enjoyed the day and are looking forward to returning this year, which brings me to my next point…!

I have received a lot of email from the region who all said they had a great time.
Venue – Exceptional venue, the size and layout of the room was very warm, inviting and just the right size, it made the evening feel all the more personal which was great as people had to interact with each other.
Food – The food was lovely, starter, main and dessert. Also, the breads and additional sides were welcomed by those with a larger appetite.
Service – The event manager was very helpful and ensured we received everything we required, the gentleman on the bar had a great attitude and personality and was very welcoming. A couple of the caterer’s service felt a bit cold and abrupt when serving the food. Overall good though.
DJ – Was really good played the relevant music for the mood and was engaging.
Overall – A really good night enjoyed by all and will definitely recommend and will consider returning in the future.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening and I got many emails thanking me for picking such a great venue for the occasion. I believe most people who hadn’t visited before explored the ship, and really loved that they were able to do so. It definitely added a different dynamic to anything they had experienced before.
Please do pass on our thanks to all involved in making the evening a success. The food was wonderful too. A personally had the very tasty veggie option.. which can sometimes be very hit and miss – but I was pleasantly surprised at how great the main course was.
