REEL 2 Continues: reasons for considering emigration; how his brother-in-law was sent to Dachau Concentration Camp; attempts to obtain visa for United States of America, 1938-1939; Aspects of period as refugee and internee in GB, 1939-1940: obtaining visa for GB; arrest at Aachen, Germany on route to GB, 1939; period in London, 1939; reaction to declaration of Second World War, 3/9/1939.
