In the form of a circular letter dated 4th January, 1918 and signed "Julian the Tank" addressed to the Inhabitants of Midlothian concerning the forthcoming visit of the Tank to "The Mound". Edinburgh 5th to 12th January, 1918. Reference is made to the Scottish hospitality to Colonial soldiers.
