sword in her right hand and a shield in her left. The shield is decorated with portraits of four Axis monarchs, including Kaiser Wilhelm II
of Germany, Emperor Karl I of Austria-Hungary, King Ferdinand I of Bulgaria and Sultan Mehmed V of Turkey.
