G.P.D. 365/13/21
[London: Heart of the British Commonwealth. Buckingham Palace. Buckingham Palace is the private home of the King and Queen, and the
Changing of the Guard in the forecourt at 10.30 every morning is a sight well known to every visitor in London. The ceremony has also been
broadcast several times. One of the finest sights in London occurs when, on a ceremonial occasion, such as a Jubilee or a Coronation, the
Royal Family appears on the balcony before the crowds. When the King is in residence the Royal Standard is flown over the Palace. During
enemy air attacks, Buckingham Palace was damaged on thirteen occasions. For victory.]
