NOUS, PRÉFET DE POLICE, Vu: 1. L'Ordonnance du 6 septembre 1916 portant taxation de la vente au détail des pommes de terre dans le Département de la Seine; 2. L'avis émis par le Comité Consultatif de Département de la Seine pour la taxation de denrées et substances dans sa séance du 23 Novembre 1916; Considérant qu'il y a lieu, dans l'intérêt de la population parisienne et du Département de la Seine, de fixer les prix au-dessus desquels les pommes de terre ne pourront être vendues; Sur la proposition du Secrétaire Générale, ORDONNONS CE QUI SUIT: ARTICLE PREMIER.- A partir du Mercredi 15 Décembre, à Paris et dans les Communes du Département de la Seine, il est interdit de vendre les pommes de terre autres que les pommes de terre nouvelles à des prix supérieurs aux prix suivants: POMMES DE TERRE: A CHAIR BLANCHE ... 0 fr. 15 le kilo RONDE JAUNE ... 0 fr. 20 le kilo SAUCISSE ROUGE ... 0 fr. 25 le kilo HOLLANDE, VARIÉTÉS ANALOGUES A CHAIR JAUNE et VARIÉTÉS A CHAIR DEMI-JAUNE ... 0 fr. 30 le kilo ART. 2. - Le prix des variétés de consommation courante ci-dessous désignes, dans le cas de vente par quantités de 50 kilogrammes ou plus, ne pourra être supérieur à: POMMES DE TERRE: SAUCISSE ROUGE DE BRETAGNE ... 19 fr. les 100 kilos. HOLLANDE STRAZELE DU NORD ... 26 fr. les 100 kilos. ROYALE KIDNEY, FLUX ET AUTRES VARIÉTÉS A CHAIR DEMI-JAUNE ... 26 fr. les 100 kilos Les autres variétés de pommes de terre ne pourront être vendues par 50 kilogrammes ou plus à des prix qui, au kilogramme, dépasseraient ceux fixés par l'article premier. ART. 3. - La pomme de terre mise en vente devra porter une étiquette désignant, sous les appellations mêmes de la présente Ordonnance, la variété et le prix de la marchandise offerte. Ces désignations devront également figurer sur les factures et bulletins de vente remis aux acheteurs. ART. 4. - Il est interdit d'augmenter les prix fixés par la taxe pour quelque cause que ce soit. ART. 5. - Les contraventions à la présente Ordonnance seront relevées par des Procès-Verbaux qui seront transmis aux Tribunaux compétents. ART. 6. - L'Ordonnance susvisée du 6 septembre 1916 est abrogée en ce qui concerne la taxation de la vente au détail des pommes de terre dans le Département de la Seine. ART. 7. - La présente Ordonnance sera publiée et affichée. The notice issued by the Consultative Committee of the Seine Department for the price control of commodities and materials at its meeting of 23 November 1916; considering that there is good reason, in the interests of the population of Paris and the Seine Department, to fix the prices above which potatoes may not be sold; at the behest of the Secretary General, issue the following order: Article 1 - From Wednesday 15 December, in Paris and the communes of the Seine Department, the selling of potatoes other than new potatoes at prices higher than the following prices will be prohibited: Potatoes: white... 15 centimes a kilo.
