Trousers, M-1952 Sateen Utility Dress: USAF

Pair of full-length trousers of olive green heavyweight fabric, featuring two rear flapped pockets and two open slash pockets to the sides. The tropusers are complete wit hthe standard dark blue web belt, fitted with brass square buckle.

Part of the working dress uniform adopted by the USAF in 1952. The uniform was finally superceded when the Woodland pattern camouflaged BDU was adopted in the early 1980s.
