blue, single-breasted three-button blazer. On the breast pocket is embroidered the badge of the Royal Air Force in gold wire with a King's Crown. Below this, also embroidered in gold wire the letters C.U.A.S. The large buttons and the cuff buttons are King's Crown buttons and are standard pattern as worn by RAF officers.

Department of Documents hold a series of five flying log books covering Prichard's flying training with Cambridge University Air Squadron (October 1936 - July 1937), at No.5 Flying Training School RAF Sealand, Chester and RAF Penrhos, Wales (October 1937 –June 1938) and at No. 1 Air Armament School, RAF Eastchurch and RAF Manby, Lincolnshire (June 1938 - September 1939), his service as an instructor at No. 3 Flying Training School RAF South Cerney, Gloucestershire (November 1939 - February 1942), at No. 17 Operational Training Unit, RAF Upwood, Cambridgeshire (March - May 1942), his tour of operations with No. 21 Squadron based at RAF Bodney, Norfolk and RAF Methwold, Lincolnshire flying Venturas on low level precision day bombing and intruder operations (May 1942 - January 1943), his service with No.2 Group Support Unit (GSU) (October 1944), with 140 Wing, No. 464 Squadron at RAF Thorney Island, Hampshire (November - December 1944), as Chief Intelligence Officer, Far East Air Force (June 1945 - April 1947), as Chief Flying Instructor at RAF Cranwell (May 1947 - July 1949) and at RAF Staff College, Bracknell (May 1953 - March 1956) and as Station Commander RAF Tengah, Singapore (May 1956 - January 1958). The log books are accompanied by a signed postagram from Air Marshal A T Harris congratulating Prichard on the award on his DFC in December 1942, a number of official photographs featuring Prichard at various stages of his service career and certificates, notices and correspondence relating to his awards and honours.
