Brown leather belt made from equipment shoulder strap bearing thirty-two metal buttons and badges of various British, Canadian, New Zealand and French regiments, incisions have been made around the belt in order to mount the insignia which have been fixed on the reverse with a combination of sliders, metal pins and wood pegs through lugs. The strap is rather worn and features two brass buckles, there is active corrosion on the reverse of many of the insignia.
