1 pack "Beverage Base Powder", 1 pack cream of tomato, 1 pack chocolate mix, 6 packs instant coffee, 4 packs whitener, 2 packs mustard, 12 packs white sugar, 1 pack matches and striker. 1 brown paper pack of US "Beverage Base Powder", Cherry; 1 silver foil pack 300ml Cream of Tomato Soup (1996); 2 oblong silver foil packs whitener (December 1994); 2 square silver foil packs whitener (Oct. 1996); 5 square silver foil packs 5gram instant coffee (2 May 1996, 3 November 1996); 1 white pack instant coffee (May 1994); 1 silver foil pack drinking chocolate, 1 pint (1997); 7 square white packs white sugar, 25g; 5 white oblong packs white sugar, 10g; 2 pinkish packs of English mustard; plastic two-compartment pack of 11 matches and a striking tab (1994). All packed into metal cup.

In pouch of EQU 3539. A "brew kit" as issued in SL. The soldier's 'brew' (hot drink) is usually made in the mug, and so only one mess tin is usually carried. The hole in the bottom of the mug was put there by the QM department when it was turned in for replacement, to stop it being sold or reissued.
