A grey cotton irregular pentagon with square top and pointed bottom. Upon the grey field is a dark blue embroidered eagle with outstretched wings looking to its left wing, 4.8cm in height. Below the eagle are two dark blue embroidered crossed anchors. Below this is are three dark blue chevrons, the top chevron having a dark blue arc attached. The arc and top chevron enclose the anchors and the top of the arc sits behind the perch, talons and tail of the eagle.
The badge has white cotton gauze backing material.
