Collar tab to the Royal Flying Corps, being a strip of gold rank lace in the centre of which a raised narrow strip of gold lace. At the inner end a small gilding metal button, low-domed, on which embossed a flying eagle below a King's crown.
Minimal further information and few examples of this item have been found. It is, however, believed to be a a stripe for a collar tab. Of those examples observed, they appear to be have been worn on both collars of drill jackets, tropical dress by the RFC.
