Set of 2 x seals: On a black wool backing, two red sealing wax seal, being a horizontal cartouche in which the Royal Arms with above and below respectively Adjutant General / Standard Pattern and of the shield from the Arms of the Board of Ordnance encircled Chief Inspector.
