Badge: Mess dress rank insignia brooch to a Wing Officer of the Princess Mary's RAF Nursing Service, being three horizontal bars of equal thickness within a vertical oval all in gilt plate gilding metal, superimposed over which a winged Caduceus surmounted by a Queen's crown all in nickel silver. A vertical pin-back fastener to reverse, with a rotating security clasp.
Bag: Small cotton draw-string bag.
