First Field Dressing pack, sealed in a grey fabric outer cover printed on one side with the following inscription 'First Field Dressing. Tear apart the uncemented corners where indicated by the arrow. Take the folded ends of the bandage in each hand, and keeping the bandage taut, apply the gauze pad to the wound and fix the bandage. DO NOT HANDLE THE GAUZE OR WOUND.'
