David O'Connel (later Connell by Deed Poll) born in England in 1921. Joined the RAMC as a Territorial and served with 132 Field Ambulance (Croydon) from 1939-1946. Later worked for the Imperial War Museum as a Museum Warder from January 1966 to May 1973.
