belt frog for knife bayonet Model 1884/98 [post-1934]
Brown leather belt frog that narrows at the centre and is held together by two rows of pale stitching and two rivets. Another two rivets are missing and have been replaced by stitches. The frog has no hilt strap.
Purchased as part of Lot 48 at Sotheby sale 15th July 1975; formerly the property of Sir Winston S Churchill.
